At EST, we use multiple channels to keep our community informed. Our primary mode of communication is through the studio email, but we also share updates on Instagram. To stay up-to-date with all the latest news, we encourage all families to register and create a family account, as well as follow us on Instagram.
Dress Code
Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for their class with comfortable, flexible clothing and suitable footwear. Check our dress code guidelines for specific requirements.
Registration Fee
$30.00
A one-time fee of $30.00 will be charged for the upcoming fall session, which runs from mid-August to May.
Costume fee
For Rec and Tumbling students, there is a one-time costume fee per dance for the Christmas and Spring recitals
Spring recital Fee
$30.00
A $30.00 fee will be charged on the first of May, which includes 4 tickets to the spring recital.
Withdrawals
Student Withdrawal Policy
If your child wishes to withdraw from a tumbling or dance class, or from the studio entirely, please notify us via email by the 25th of the month. You can also contact Amber or Ciara to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.
Please note that tuition refunds will not be provided after tuition has been paid. Students may withdraw at any time during the year, but please be aware of any non-refundable fees or tuition charges that may apply.
Missed classes
Policies on Missed Classes
If your child has missed or will miss an upcoming class for any reason, please email the studio to inform us. Your child is welcome to make up the missed class on a different day within the same month. Please email the studio with the day and time your child will be attending the make-up class, so we can notify our teachers in advance.
