The Studio

Established Dance Studio LLC DBA Established Dance and Tumbling was created to provide young people with an opportunity to learn dance and tumbling in a safe, positive, and exciting environment. The name “established” was chosen because of our many years of teaching dance and tumbling in this area. The depth of our experience will enable our students to learn fast and become some of the best dancers around. Our instructors are seasoned, world class teachers, best in their categories. Not only are they outstanding teachers in the art of dance, but they are also tuned into the needs of their students, so each student will have an exceptional experience while they are growing and learning.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide the highest level of training in dance and tumbling and to create an environment where students feel welcomed, safe, and are supported by world class instructors who will help each of the students achieve their dreams. We teach and encourage our students to embrace certain core values that will help them in every area of their lives.

Our Team

McCall Glick

McCall’s love for teaching dance and tumbling started at 18 years old when she was hired by the United Spirit Association to teach dance, tumbling, songleading and cheer camps to junior and senior high school students throughout the western coast. While working with USA, McCall was honored with the “Rookie of the Year” and “Hardest Working” awards. Now serving as a ninth-year head instructor, McCall is teaching, judging and sharing her expertise with college students and teams from BYU, Boise State, GCU, Texas Tech, among many more. In 2015-2018 McCall served as one of the head coaches for Brighton High School’s Cheer Team, who helped lead their team to a 1stplace division victory at region competition. 

As a professional dancer and performer, McCall spent two seasons with the Utah Blaze traveling, making appearances and performing at games. She also traveled to China with the USA Basketball Team to dance/perform while playing China in the Chinese Basketball Association.  Currently, McCall is a part of the FWD (Friends Who Dance) Dance Crew, performing pop up shows in schools, arenas, coffee shops, malls and popular public hangouts. As a choreographer, McCall traveled to London to assist with choreography for their New Year’s Parade and has also assisted renowned choreographers such as Tony Gonzales, Diane Bonds, and Carina Olis Clendenin, to name a few. 

The past decade, McCall has taught at multiple dance studios throughout Utah, choreographing award-winningroutines and teaching dance and tumbling classes to hundreds of dancers throughout the Valley. McCall is passionate about bringing positive energy into each class and providing an environment for her dancers to learn and grow confidence.

Whitney Glick

Whitney was trained at Dance Arts and Pulse 31 Studio. 

She was also trained at Hunts Gymnastics. She was a High School cheerleader for 3 years and then was a cheerleader for the University of Utah for another 3 years.  

After college she joined the Utah Jazz Stunt team for another two years and was a professional dancer for the Utah Blaze  football team.  

Whitney has taught tumbling for 23 years and was a High School and Allstar cheerleading coach. 

Whitney traveled to China with the USA men’s basketball team to dance and perform while playing China in the Chinese basketball association.  

She is also an accomplished ballroom dancer that competed in the Pro-am division.  Whitney  is an experienced and passionate teacher for all ages.

 Her primary goal is to see her students develop exceptional skills and to develop a lifelong confidence in themselves.   That means everything to her!

Eddie Hoyt

Eddie Hoyt has danced since he was 7 years old. He is incredible at his main craft which is tap. He has an electric personality which lights up every room he teaches in. He is an equally amazing dancer and teacher and his students all over the US are not only entertained in his classes, but greatly inspired to achieve the dancing goals he gives them each day in classes! 

Eddie is nationally recognized for his TV appearances on the widely acclaimed So You Think You Can Dance. As a competitor on SYTYCD Eddie was honored to be amongst the top 10 finalists. He also performed with the SYTYCD Season 16 tour as well as appearances on award winning talk shows such as ELLEN.

 Eddie is very busy and on great demand sharing his love for dance by teaching and choreographing not only throughout Utah but also throughout the US.

Ashlee Vilos

Ashlee Vilos is a choreographer, dancer, energy worker, poet, and friend. She teaches Meditative Movement, a style of dance created to assist dancers with their emotions and self worth. She is the creator and producer of Creators Grid, an event that celebrates choreographers, freestyle artists, dance crews and companies in a night of performances and great music to move to.

 She teaches regularly at Millennium Dance Complex and is an instructor for Ballet West ICANDO outreach program. She believes movement heals and intentions change things, and also loves using her life lessons and experiences to fuel her poetry and her dance creations.

Ella Taylor

Ella Taylor has been dancing and tumbling almost my whole life. I am on the Brighton High School Accadians.

I have tumbled at jolleys and all of the dance studios I have attended.

I love dance and tumbling and I can’t wait to share my passion with the students at Established Studios.

Mary Claire

Mary Claire began her dance training at Ballet West Academy. During this time she performed with the company in many productions such as Sleeping Beauty, Cinderella, Little Mermaid, Swan Lake, Nutcracker, Snow White and Aladdin. She moved to Boston to join Boston Ballet’s Trainee program for the 2027-18 year. 

During this time she was able to perform with Boston Ballet in Nutcracker, Romeo and Juliet, and Sleeping Beauty. She currently is a double major at the University of Utah in Ballet and Kinesiology. She is also completed a two year traineeship with Ballet West in 2020. She spent the winter season of 2019 dancing professionally with Sacramento Ballet. 

She has attended many summer intensives including, The School of American Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Huston Ballet, Ballet West, and the University of Utah.

Paden Hansen

Paden Hansen grew up in Sandy Utah. I have a bachelor’s degree in health education and promotions. I was a gymnast at locale gyms as a teenager. I started coaching at about that same time. I have coached for over 10 years now and have a passion for acrobatics.

I enjoy both performing and teaching the elements. Along with club gymnastics, I have also participated in other acrobatics such as; Hand blanching, teeter board, trampolines, trapeze, and silks.

I’m excited to share my passion and experience.


Duncan was born and raised in Utah and has been dancing for 14 years.

He started taking hip hop lessons and later started taking Latin ballroom, jazz, ballet, and contemporary.

Duncan has danced on Mos A.I.C. Dance company for three seasons and is currently on the Utah Jazz dance team.

He has been teaching and choreographing for 8 years and is so happy to be teaching at the studio!


Stacia is SO excited to be joining Established Studios! She grew up in St. George, UT, where she studied with Diamond Talent Productions for more than 10 years and regularly performed in shows at Tuacahn Amphitheater.

At age 16, she completed a summer intensive in New York City with the Joffrey Ballet School. Stacia moved to Los Angeles after high school where she had cameos on several different TV shows and movies including “Glee,” “iCarly,” “Crazy Stupid Love,” and “House.” After moving to Salt Lake City, she taught in the “ICANDO” program with Ballet West.

She’s studied with Millennium Dance Complex in LA, Broadway Dance Center in New York and Edge Performing Arts Center in Los Angeles. She now works as a producer at the Provo-based video ad agency, Harmon Brothers. Stacia is looking forward to getting to know all of the wonderful students and sharing her love of dance with all of you!


Hailey is a graduate from University of Utah College of Fine Arts, School of Dance she has a bachelor in fine arts, teaching certificate, studio teaching. She trained at the University of Utah school of dance, Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet in Richland, WA, Regional Dance America in pacific region, and Miami City Ballet in Miami Beach Florida.

She performed in shows such as Sleeping beauty, Carmina Terra choreography by Susan Jaffe, Journey choreography by Rick McCullough, the Nutcracker and many more prestigious performances. Hailey received a half a scholarship at the international ballet competition in 2014, full scholarship with Ballet Magnificat in 2014, and a scholarship at the University of Utah School of Dance. She did her summer studies at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN 2017 Miami City Ballet in Miami Beach, FL 2016 Pacific Northwest Ballet in Seattle, WA 2015. 

She has taught at many different places such as Tri-Cities Academy of Ballet, and Mid-Columbia Ballet. She has skills in Ballet, pointe, Contemporary, Modern, Character, community volunteering, teaching dance, piano, working with children with special needs, choreography, ballet pedagogy, and nutrition. I am so excited to continue teaching and to work with the students here at Established Studios.

Kamryn Kasteler

Kamryn Kasteler is 17 years old and have danced my whole life.

I grew up taking classes at The Dance Project SLC and some at Dream Gymnastics Academy, up until highschool when I tried out for drill.

Since then, I’ve been an Acadian for 3 years.
